Memberships are charged on the first of each month for a period of 12 months. Maximum of one month (2 services) may be rolled over if unused per 12-month agreement. If unable to use services for more than one month, you may suspend your agreement for up to 3 months, thus extending the payment period. Unused and active services may be transferred to a friend or family member for a $25 transfer fee. Membership Agreement will be auto-renewed unless termination is requested. Early termination will result in a fee of the cost of three months of your current agreement. Memberships may be upgraded at any time resulting in a new 12-month agreement.
If a reservation for a member treatment is missed (no-show) or late cancelled the client has the option to pay the $35 cancellation fee or give up the member treatment that was scheduled.
